About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Node.js Developer to build scalable backend applications and real-time services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and Socket programming with experience developing high-performance APIs and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js. Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js or NestJS. Design and optimize databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Develop real-time communication features using Socket.io/WebSockets. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with frontend developers and QA teams. Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and Agile development.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills Node.js Express.js or NestJS MongoDB PostgreSQL Socket.io / WebSockets JavaScript (ES6+) REST APIs Git Preferred Skills TypeScript Micro services Architecture Redis Docker CI/CD AWS/Azure Agile/Scrum Candidate Requirements Minimum 4 years of relevant Node.js development experience. Continuous PF deduction/employment summary for the entire 4+ years is mandatory.
Strong backend development and API design skills. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Good understanding of scalable application architecture. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
