Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist

The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist identifies patterns in data and aligns with market managers and sales to turn those patterns into strategy. They will help to collect and review sales and marketing data, including customer behavioral data. From there, they will monitor and review current campaigns, analyze metrics, identify opportunities to increase performance and generate standard reports.

Supports the overall channel in data management, creating automation, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include: managing the effectiveness of business processes, conducting analysis and making recommendations, developing documentation/standard work, and trains implementation of approved processes.
