Real Estate Manager (FT)

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager for our Branch location in Great Falls, Montana. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.

Responsibilities

Assisting members with their account financial lending needs. Providing account information. Processing various financial transactions, Mortgage loan applications, interviews, decision-making, and disbursals. Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting. Lien filing and releases. Ordering appraisals and title documents.

Cross-selling debt protection and GAP insurance. Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.

Requirements

Business Degree or 2 years of financial lending experience. Knowledgeable in lending practices and regulations, specifically Mortgage lending. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to effectively cross-sell credit union services and products. Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.

Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven team player. Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
