The Role: The Mill Controller is responsible for safety and productivity and is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner. What A Day In The Life Looks Like: Monitor and operate our computer-blending/receiving system Sequence production runs Receive incoming bulk ingredients Generate invoices for outgoing bulk products Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of all Production Associates Lead team huddles Now hiring in Sparta for 1st shift, 4 a.

m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday This role requires the ability to work in a variety of Wisconsin weather conditions and safely lift up to 60 pounds.
