Volunteer Services Manager Primary Work Location: Sun City West, Arizona (Relocation not provided) Work Hours: 40 hours week; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Job Details: 5 years of experience in social services, nonprofit management, human resources, or resource management, working with volunteers in health care or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Experience in volunteer management and recruitment within nonprofit organizations preferred. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including relationship building, public speaking, and presentations, with demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes. Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to monitor, report, and analyze team performance and goal progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
