Description Collect data and gather information or documents Perform standard analysis Prepare documents and visual aids Provide QA/QC of parcel documents Assist in scheduling eminent domain proceedings Attend eminent domain proceedings to take notes and prepare data sheets Prepare reports Assists with processing various payment requests Assist with billing support Prepare and submit invoices Package and mail documents Keep detailed records Maintain physical files Requirements Valid Driver’s License Notary Public preferred Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc.
