Roles & Responsibilities: System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices to support project teams. Critical On-Site IT Support : Provide first-level on-site IT support, ensuring operational uptime of essential systems during working hours ( 9am - 6.
30pm, Monday to Friday ) Troubleshooting & Escalation : Investigate and resolve issues, providing timely updates to the Project Manager on major escalations. Proactive System Monitoring : Perform daily health checks and inventory assessments to prevent downtime and ensure all systems and devices are fully operational.
Technical Support Expertise : Utilize your hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and applications in a Windows environment. Why Join Us? Requirements
Prior exposure to IT operational environments minimum 1 year is advantageous. Team-Oriented : Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support your colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Self-Starter : Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
Qualifications
Certification in Nitec, Higher Nitec, or a Diploma, ideally with an IT focus. IT Enthusiast : A passion for IT Service Management.
