Qualifications

3-5 years experience in Management and Team Leadership Strong Organizational and Inventory Management Skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Proficiency in Shopify a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.

All employees are expected to be able to work during the company’s peak selling period, from the week of Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
