Giving Home Health Care is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to drive patient growth and expand our presence throughout the Las Vegas area! In this highly visible role, you will serve as a community ambassador for Giving Home Health Care, building strategic relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, unions, and other key stakeholders.

You will play a direct role in patient acquisition and market growth by identifying opportunities, generating referrals, and guiding prospective patients through the intake process. This role is a salaried, exempt role.
