Executive Producer

This role requires an experienced live television news producer responsible for leading a Prime-Time newscast from pre-production through the live broadcast. The Executive Producer works closely with show hosts, producers, writers, and control-room personnel to develop and execute the program.

The Executive Producer is responsible for preparing and managing the daily rundown, making key editorial decisions, identifying, and integrating guests, and overseeing video and graphic elements. The EP must be able to manage breaking news, make real-time editorial and production decisions, and ensure the technical team and control room are following show instructions. The EP is also responsible for ensuring content meets standards for journalistic integrity, accuracy, and production quality.
