Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

In addition to the life-changing work, BCBAs on our team enjoy the following: Position The BCaBA is responsible for providing behavior analysis services to assist the Behavior Analyst. The BCaBA will implement the treatment plan developed with the BCBA to develop socially appropriate skills that align with the overall goals for successful completion of ABA services.

Duties Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols. Record data for prescribed training protocols. Provide parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.

Assist Behavior Analysts with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments. Assist Behavior Analysts in preparing client materials as instructed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment. Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
