Director of Facilities

The Eisner Health Director of Facilities is a hands-on, service-oriented leader responsible for ensuring Eisner Health’s clinical and administrative facilities are safe, clean, functional, and well maintained. This role is highly visible across Eisner’s sites and requires a leader who is comfortable being in the field, assessing facility conditions firsthand, troubleshooting issues, directing staff and vendors, and ensuring problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Facilities leads environmental services, security, emergency operations, and facilities. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of building ops and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep.
