Business Operations Analyst

Job Purpose Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, then delivers, supports, and continuously improves the business applications, automations, and reports used by Subsea Services as part of a shared Business Systems analyst team. Job Description Serve as the primary contact for business application requests, managing intake, prioritization, and support backlog.

Design, develop, and maintain low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Develop and manage Power BI reports, data models, dashboards, and reporting governance. Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Administer application lifecycle management, governance, security, documentation, and environment support.

Support enterprise systems (Salesforce, Parsable, Ignition/MES, S/4HANA) including user access, data integrity, and adoption. Partner with stakeholders, IT, and data teams to deliver business solutions, reporting, ERP readiness, and data-driven insights. Lead project coordination, requirements gathering, Agile participation, incident management, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You are meant for this job if: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application development, or data analytics Working knowledge of business processes in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or field service environments Strong knowledge of business principles, current technology advances, and IT capabilities Strong analytical, critical, and systems thinking Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Skills Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
