• Temporary. Summary: Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will coordinate part manufacture with in-house and subcontracted sources, develop professional repair scopes of supply with inspection details and pictures that can be presented to the customer in the form of a quote, communicate effectively and consistently with internal and external clients, coordinate repair projects, provide quotes or estimates for pump repairs.

Responsibilities

of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Schedules and dispatches shop field service technicians Assigns duties to service technicians Prepares quotes on service jobs Enters sales orders for service jobs Orders parts for service jobs Assigns labor to service jobs Invoices service jobs Insures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule Assists Shop Manager on the evaluation of service technicians Inspects service jobs to verify conformance with company standards and/or customer specifications Makes sure that service technicians perform duties according to company safety policy Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Experience in pump service and fabrication Employee management experience Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals Prior inside sales/customer service experience The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products sales Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus. Excellent communication skills Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently Must have experience performing a majority of the functions Willingness to learn and take directions when needed Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required Additional Information: Physical Demand: N/A Working Conditions: Office environment Training/Certifications: NA Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday.

Travel: NA Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
