Key Requirements: Previous Sous Chef experience within a luxury lodge, hotel or high-end hospitality environment Strong knowledge of fine dining and international cuisine Ability to assist with menu development and daily kitchen operations Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and training kitchen teams Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and cost control Ability to work efficiently in remote and fast-paced hospitality environments Passionate about creating memorable guest dining experiences Package: Salary: Negotiable DOE Live-in position If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
