Service and Sales Representative - West Lawn, PA

As a Service and Sales Representative (SSR), you deliver exceptional service to our members as the primary contact for members regarding the status of their account and any escalation. Assist members in setting up new business, consumer, and IRA accounts. Resolve account related concerns, provide general credit union information, intake and process loan applications including residential mortgage lending.

Rotates to perform branch duties to include Member Service Representative activities. Assist Sr Branch Member Account Specialist and Member Service Representative staff with member approvals, questions, or concerns. Act on notary and Signature Guarantee requests.
