National Medical Director, Enterprise Partnerships, Remote

The National Medical Director leads and develops a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Directors responsible for clinical strategy across the Enterprise book of business. This role is accountable for the performance, growth, and coordination of that team — setting priorities, allocating clinical resources across portfolios, and ensuring consistent execution of Aledade's programs and technologies across ACOs.

In addition to owning individual strategic market relationships directly, this leader builds the team's capability to develop and sustain relationships, influence clinical workflows, and drive value-based healthcare outcomes. This role requires demonstrated excellence in leading and coaching physician leaders, and in creating buy-in with internal and external stakeholders to promote and affect change in how healthcare is delivered.
