Vice President of Programs (Workforce Development, Housing, Homeless Services)

The Vice President (VP) of Programs provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for various NVFS service areas including Workforce Development, Housing and Homeless Services. This role will oversee a diverse continuum of human services designed to help individuals and families achieve economic mobility, secure and maintain stable housing, and build pathways toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency across Northern Virginia.

The VP is responsible for ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services while driving innovation in funding and sustainability and fostering an integrated approach that recognizes the interconnected nature of employment, income stability, housing security, and family wellbeing.
