Third Party Risk Management Specialist

The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the Bank’s third-party relationships, from onboarding and initial due diligence through ongoing monitoring, periodic risk assessments, and offboarding. This position independently conducts due diligence for new and existing third-party relationships, prepares and maintains risk assessments and related documentation, and coordinates periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable interagency guidance. The TPRM Specialist supports effective third-party risk management practices and helps ensure the Bank’s third-party relationships meet regulatory and examiner expectations.
