We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Fargo team.

You'll run a crew, manage job sites, and make sure every client gets a top-quality clean — on time, every time.

What You'll Do

Lead a crew of technicians on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning jobs Power wash hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards Drive a company vehicle and manage equipment on job sites Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job Travel regionally with occasional overnight stays What You Bring Prior experience in hood/exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or related trade work Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable Comfortable working evenings, nights, and some weekends Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 50 lbs At least 18 years old Benefits Starting at $22.
