Billet Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout the Globe area. This is a PRN opportunity for evening on call and weekend work.

What You'll Do

Our Home Health RNs provide individualized care throughout a 9-week episode of care, working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities

Performing comprehensive nursing assessments Identifying patient needs and changes in condition Implementing individualized plans of care Providing skilled nursing interventions Medication management and education IV therapy and other skilled nursing services Patient and caregiver education Monitoring patient progress throughout the episode of care Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team Collaborating with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and other healthcare professionals Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation The Flexibility Is Up to You This is a PRN position, making it a great fit for an RN who wants to: Pick up additional visits around another job Create a flexible schedule Work closer to home Supplement their current income Transition into Home Health Enjoy more independence in their day As patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will reach out regarding available visits based on your preferred territory and availability.

Compensation

Pay rates are based on a 20-mile radius from your residence and include travel compensation. Additional compensation opportunities may be available for patients located outside your assigned territory. Ask us about current visit rates for the Kingman area.
