Accounting Associate

Horizon House, is seeking full time Accounting Associate to work in our Fiscal Division.

Some duties to include: . To receive, review, verify and code invoices, vouchers/requests for accurate, timely processing. . To ensure that proper documentation exist for all approved payments transaction in accordance with Agency policies and procedures. . To ensure fiscal transactions are handled accurately and timely in the prescribed manner to safeguard Agency resources.          .  To perform and maintain inter-company schedules.          .  To perform general ledger journal entry input.          .  To perform bank reconciliation.
