Support internal teams through effective CRM updates , data management , and reporting . Coordinate with technical and sales teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports . Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication. Drive lead conversion and support achievement of team sales goals. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, related field or any degree . 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development (IT domain preferred).

Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Experience in CRM management , sales reporting , and data tracking . Understanding of cybersecurity and networking solutions is an advantage. Must be near the office location or ready to relocate . Target-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
