Your role

is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity through accurate payment posting and revenue cycle management. Your expertise will streamline operations and contribute to the success of our medical billing processes. Accurate payment and adjustment posting to patient accounts. Reconciliation of payments with accounts receivable records.

Review and resolution of payment issues, denials, and underpayments. Generation and maintenance of comprehensive payment posting reports. Professional handling of patient and insurance inquiries regarding payments. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data integrity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance payment posting efficiency.

Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in medical billing. Providing training and mentorship to junior team members. 1+ years of experience in payment posting, medical billing, or revenue cycle management in healthcare. Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and payment posting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare billing software.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Graduation in any stream. Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 25 WPM and 95% accuracy. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
