Key Responsibilities

Operating a a machine that uses programs for the job. Run programs to cut cabinet parts. Ensure quality of parts continue to meet Decor standards. Ensure targets are met each shift. Maintain machine to keep in optimal operating condition by performing operator maintenance and making adjustments. Key Competencies: Safety Conscious: sense of responsibility for safety of self and others.

Process Improver: takes ownership of and committed to continuous improvement. Physical Ability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy product as required.
