Clinic RN Family Medicine

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday 7:30am-5:00pm. Tuesday 8:00am-6:00p. Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm. Thursday 7:30am-12:00pm. Friday 7:30am-5:00pm (afternoons in Roscoe). You will work at UW Health Swedish American Medical group 2473 Mc. Farland Rd. • Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Computer experience. Required 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
