Job description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day operation of HKN Syria’s production and gas processing facilities, including producing wells, separation, processing, and associated surface facilities. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the role leads production operators, directs daily field operations, monitors production performance, and responds to abnormal and emergency situations to maintain safe and continuous production.
The position requires strong production operations experience, hands-on knowledge of oil and gas facilities, sound judgement under pressure, and full compliance with HSSE and permit-to-work requirements in a remote field environment.
