Scale Coordinator (Shift)

We are seeking a Scale Coordinator to manage terminal truck processing, weighing, and documentation while ensuring safety compliance. Key duties include verifying driver credentials, calculating loads, issuing paperwork, entering scale tickets, and acting as the central communications center during off-hours and emergencies.

Qualifications

include a high school diploma, two years of terminal or petrochemical industry experience, and proficiency in MS Office and J.D. Edwards. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and basic math skills, familiarity with hazardous chemicals and DOT standards, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Proficiency with computers, office machines, and a ten-key calculator is required for this role.
