Our Blue Ash Day Program is seeking caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to help create an engaging, empowering, and supportive environment for participants. If you’re looking for meaningful work and a predictable weekday schedule, this is a great fit. ⭐ What You’ll Do As a DSP, you’ll help individuals build independence, confidence, and connection through: Assisting with personal care, grooming, and mobility Building positive, respectful relationships with participants Leading and supporting sensory, recreational, and social activities Prioritizing safety, dignity, and well-being Accurately documenting daily care and participant progress ✅ Requirements At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) Current car insurance Why Join Saint Joe’s?
