Infrastructure Operations Specialist
Job description
The Infrastructure Operations Specialist maintains, supports, and continuously improves Meridian's hybrid infrastructure technology solutions, spanning on-premises data centre, Microsoft Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, and enterprise identity and access management.
The role develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, flexible infrastructure solutions that meet evolving business needs, including the responsible adoption of AI and automation capabilities. The Specialist provides Tier 3 subject-matter expertise and advice to information technology teams on operational issues, incident and problem resolution, and technology change.
