Student Worker - Advancement Photographer

Job Summary

Creative and reliable student worker to photograph campus events. This role is ideal for students interested in building their photography portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in event documentation Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Photograph assigned Advancement events Capture candid and posed shots that reflect the energy and purpose of each event Edit and deliver high-quality images within agreed timelines Organize and submit photos in designated formats and file structures Coordinate with event organizers to understand key moments to capture Other duties as assigned Education Employment eligibility: Currently enrolled Delaware Valley University student Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide required documentation to verify identity and employment eligibility Basic to intermediate photography skills (DSLR or mirrorless camera experience preferred) Familiarity with photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Portfolio or sample work demonstrating photography ability (preferred) Hours: Project-based events (Homecoming, etc.)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Occasionally lifting 25 lbs or less Typically standing or walking Typically bending, crouching, stooping Climbing ladders, scaffolds Using tools requiring high dexterity Outdoor exposure to weather Exposure to unpleasant odors Exposure to animal feces and specimens May have an alternative work schedule
