Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (Plant, IT/OT, Procurement, etc.) Drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Identify customer needs and propose digital transformation solutions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Handle customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and improve retention Maintain account plans, pipeline, and regular updates to management Requirements: B.
