Front Desk Agent - Solaris Residences

Be the welcoming face of luxury at Solaris Residences in the heart of Vail, Colorado! We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who shines in a fast-paced, guest-centered setting. As the first point of contact for owners and guests, you’ll handle requests, solve problems, and deliver seamless support before, during, and after each stay.

Duties Include: Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes Ensure billing accuracy and efficiently process all transactions Communicate clearly with other departments via radio and phone Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed Location: Solaris Residences – Vail, CO Start Date : ASAP Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round Pay Rate: $24/hr, reservation commissions are possible Schedule: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days/week Job Closing Date: 11/30/2026 or when filled About You: The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to the role, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in hospitality or a similar field. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential, as are basic math and writing skills to support accurate transactions and effective communication.
