Machine Operator The Food Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining food processing and packaging machinery. They ensure production lines run efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.

• Tuition Reimbursement Your day-to-day:
• Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging machinery.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper functioning and product quality.
• Feed raw materials and finished products into machines and oversee the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts if needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training new employees in machine operation and safety procedures.
• Package products as per given recipes for each department.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency levels while working with staff to meet production goals.
• Use weighing scales for weight checks when required.
• Record QA documents in real time and perform metal detector checks as per SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and follow GMP and food safety regulations.
• Record production data, including quantities produced, machine settings, and downtime.
• Perform cleaning and operational checks before and after shifts.
• Complete logs and reports as required by company policies. What you bring:
• Attention to detail and final product presentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with food processing equipment such as wrapping machines, sealing machines, metal detectors, conveyor belts, and weighing scales.
