Peer Support Manager - Adult Services - Windsor/Windham Counties

HCRS is hiring for a full-time Peer Support Manager! The Peer Support Manager leads the ongoing integration of peer support and advocacy services across different HCRS programs, consults on the statewide mobile crisis initiative, and provides supervision and guidance to the peer support team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and advocacy skills and training/experience in peer support.

Relevant lived experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. The pay for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually.
