POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-centric Regional Sales Manager / Channel Management to lead Hardy Process Solutions’ channel management across the Western territory. This role will be responsible for activating, developing, and managing a high-performing channel network that drives sustained orders growth, expands market coverage, and increases customer engagement.

Success will be measured by channel orders performance, forecast accuracy, capability development, and strengthened territory execution.
