The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in human services or related field preferred.

Experience in residential, behavioral health, or social services settings is beneficial, Strong interpersonal, communication and crisis management skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress situations. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices preferred. Must meet all background checks, training and certification requirements.

Computer skills/experience preferred – EHR, Excel, Word, Internet Customer Service Skills Knowledge of behavioral health symptoms/diagnoses
