What You'll Do
As a Real Estate Agent, you'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the real estate journey, helping clients successfully navigate buying, selling, and investing in property. Your business will include: Developing and maintaining a strong sphere of influence and referral network Prospecting and generating new business Building lasting client relationships Conducting buyer consultations and property tours Meeting with prospective sellers and preparing listing strategies Marketing properties and coordinating showings and open houses Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts Guiding clients through negotiations, inspections, financing, and closing Communicating consistently and professionally throughout the transaction Staying current on local market conditions, trends, and inventory Maintaining knowledge of Georgia real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage requirements Using technology, CRM systems, and marketing tools to efficiently manage your business Participating in training, coaching, and professional development Delivering an exceptional client experience from first conversation to closing—and beyond Who Thrives Here?
