SAP Service & Application Manager

Would you like to do more than manage SAP services and actively shape their quality and future development? As SAP Service Application Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role connecting our business functions, SAP Competence Team, internal IT teams and external SAP service providers while supporting our transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Please note that this position is offered on a fixed-term basis for two years.

Your responsibilities

Manage SAP incidents, service requests, problems and changes, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and high-quality resolution. Coordinate external SAP Application Management, Basis and hosting providers and manage service quality, SLAs, backlogs and escalations. Support business functions in translating their needs into clear and assessable requirements.

Coordinate change, release and quality processes, ensuring that testing, documentation and approvals are in place before production deployment. Identify opportunities to improve processes, monitoring, automation and knowledge management. Act as an operational interface between current SAP services and our S/4HANA transformation, supporting the transition of new solutions into operations.
