Coordinate Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities and secure employer partnerships. Develop relationships with businesses, trade organizations, and community partners. Monitor student progress, workplace performance, and career development goals. Identify barriers to success and provide guidance and support. Assist with transportation and coordination of student WBL assignments. Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with program requirements. Support Career Transition Readiness and Grad-90 initiatives. Qualifications

✅ Qualifications Associate degree required. Minimum of one year of related experience required; Job Corps, workforce development, education, or similar program experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, and word processing applications. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Ability to maintain accurate records, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
