• Drive repeat business If you've sold gym memberships, personal training, cars, high-ticket services, or anything else where you had to earn the commission, you understand. We don't need someone who can talk about sales. We need someone who can close. You Own Your Number You'll know exactly where you stand. Revenue. Conversion. Average client value. Memberships. Lead follow-up. Retail. Repeat business. Every month you get a scorecard, and the scoreboard doesn't lie. When you're ahead, great. When you're behind, figure it out. We don't want: "Leads were bad." "The customers weren't buying." "Pricing is too high." "The economy is slow." We want: "Here's the problem. Here's the plan. Here's what I'm doing about it." That's ownership. 100% Producer You're not managing anyone, and you're not running the studio. Your job is to produce revenue yourself and take care of every client you see. You'll work alongside the Studio Partner who runs your studio, with coaching and role plays to sharpen your close. You Don't Need Beauty Experience We'll teach you the whitening business. What we can't teach as easily is a few years of learning how to sell, follow up, and close. We're especially interested in candidates coming from:
• Membership Advisor
• Membership Consultant
• Fitness Sales Consultant
• Personal Trainer who sold their own packages
• Front Desk Lead with a sales goal
• Commission sales of any kind If you've spent a few years in fitness sales and know how to turn a tour into a member and a member into a referral, we want to talk. Your Pay Grows With What You Produce You produce more. You earn more. And after the top pay level, the next step is Studio Partner. When You Work You'll cover our afternoon, evening and Saturday appointments. Who We Want
• Has 3+ years of fitness sales, membership sales, or commission sales experience
• Has personally sold memberships, PT, or high-ticket services
• Has a history of hitting numbers
• Knows how to close
• Is comfortable asking for money
• Can handle objections without getting defensive
• Follows up relentlessly
• Understands KPIs
• Takes coaching and uses it the same day
• Takes initiative
• Doesn't need to be babysat
• Loves competition
• Wants performance-based upside
