Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist
Job description
The Information Technology (IT) Support specialist is a fully on-site role based out of our Lincoln, NE location. This role serves as initial primary point of contact for Eventide staff by receiving calls and help desk tickets. Resolves issues and provides front line support and best possible customer service in a timely manner.
Works with IT staff in maintaining network hardware, software and workstations as well as telephone and mobile devices.
