Service Scheduler Responsibilities: Take incoming calls and schedule service appointments for all four of our Johnson Motors dealerships. Complete daily customer follow up calls. Work as a team to ensure customer needs are met and ensure that the level of customer service is up to the standard that Johnson Motors expects for all our customers.
