Instrumentation & Electrical Technician (Senior I/E Maintenance Tech)

The Senior Maintenance Technician/ Instrumentation & Electrical Technician (I&E TECH) will be responsible for safe and efficient repair, performing preventative maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and installation of various manufacturing machines.  This position will act as an informal leader to the maintenance team to help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all manufacturing equipment.

This role is critical in optimizing production processes, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment, informal leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
