Sales Consultant Inbound

Jobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven Sales Consultant (Inbound). This is a high-ownership, hybrid role based in Malaysia, offering a direct line to the Director of Sales and the chance to shape the company's expansion from the ground up.

Who You Are

• You have 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently.
• You ideally have experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS.
• You can pitch and present confidently to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners.
• You are proficient with CRMs (like Hub. Spot or Salesforce).

What You'll Do

• Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives using Fast. Jobs' suite of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align on client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of Fast. Jobs' offerings.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Why Join Us?
