About Wesley Behavioral Health Services Wesley Behavioral Health Services is committed to breaking barriers and rebuilding lives by delivering compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Paraprofessional to join our CST team and support the work of our clinical and peer support staff in the field.
Position Summary
The Associate Paraprofessional plays a vital support role within our service delivery CST team. Under supervision, this position assists with client care, administrative tasks, and coordination of behavioral health services. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the behavioral health field and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
Support Qualified Professionals and Peer Support Specialists with day-to-day client services Assist in implementing recovery-oriented and person-centered care plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation of interactions Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client engagement activities Provide transportation assistance or attend appointments with clients when needed Conduct outreach calls and follow-ups under the guidance of clinical staff Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Some college coursework in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred Prior experience in a behavioral health, social services, or support setting is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work with diverse populations Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.
00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Schedule: Choose your own hours Experience: Medical terminology: 1 year (Required) Mental health counseling: 1 year (Required) HIPAA: 1 year (Required) Behavioral therapy: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Asheville, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
