Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor – West Chicago, IL Mc. Collister’s Global Services, Inc. Mc. Collister’s Global Services, a national leader in specialized logistics, warehousing, and final mile delivery, is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our West Chicago, IL facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, staffing, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and outbound shipping Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and leads to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment Coordinate with transportation and dispatch teams to ensure seamless loading/unloading and scheduling of deliveries Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and space utilization Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics and customer expectations Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a logistics, distribution, or transportation environment Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on accountability and results Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities Experience in final mile or high-value product handling preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet in a warehouse setting as needed What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with room for career growth An opportunity to join a respected company with a strong reputation in the logistics industry Apply today and become a key part of Mc.
