Clinical Nurse Manager

Recruit. Net International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care. We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to a leading Nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of each resident by ensuring that the home policies and best clinical standards are always practiced Working with different staff members in all areas to ensure that standards are maintained Identify areas that may be of concern and follow up with the Director of Nursing to put action plans put in place Reviewing residents with pressure sores /sustained falls / clinically unwell, through clinical practices and documentation to ensure an appropriate management plan is in place Troubleshoot any ongoing clinical issues and non-clinical issues and escalate them to the Director of Nursing Perform comprehensive assessments of residents and monitor ongoing assessments and modifications Requirements Previous managerial experience Registered on the NMBI live register Excellent Leadership, Organizational and Communication skills Minimum 3 years' work experience in a Nursing Home environment Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative Ability to work well and promote a team environment Benefits Free access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Free meals Free Garda vetting Free uniform Lower renewal premiums on care and home insurance 20% discount on non-prescription pharmacy items 10% discount on prescription pharmacy items Access to a banking scheme with Croí Laighean Credit Union Employee referral cash incentive scheme Employee recognition awards Employee appreciation events throughout the year Access to a pension scheme Access to the Bike to Work scheme
