Job description
The VP of Development & Public Affairs reports to the CEO. The position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all Resource Development activities, including fundraising, marketing, communications, public relations, donor engagement, and brand management. The VP will specialize in and will be responsible for developing, enhancing and enriching the position and image of the organization and establishing and maintaining marketing strategies consistent with organizational objectives.
The Vice President will establish measurable goals and performance metrics for all resource development activities and will create and manage an annual calendar of campaigns, events, and initiatives with defined gross revenue and net revenue.
