Works closely with Kenexa's domestic and international clients, as well as internal stakeholders to collect and analyze business needs and priorities for integrated talent management solutions. Synthesize these concerns, along with market and competitive information, into a well researched, clearly defined product requirements.

Responsible for implementations (deployment) of our Enterprise solutions for Talent Acquisition & Performance management in the EMEA & APAC regions. The role involves (and not limited to) offering consulting services for the clients to maximize performance, determine optimal design of Kenexa solutions to best meet client’s business needs, and product deployment through building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
